Refund Policy

At SLEEPY SPACE LTD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and we’re here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and exchanges are processed.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required, such as an order number or receipt.

Refunds are only applicable on regular priced items. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


2. Time Frame for Returns

You must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Final sale items

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your refund is rejected, we will notify you with the reason.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us before returning the product.


6. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if it was prepaid.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing time may vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
